Food diary

Pretty bad,

    If this continues, i might just go on the oatmeal diet:

Some chicken

A lot of hot sauce
(Prickles actually, its like a mixture of sliced cabbage and carrot picked in spicy juices which should help me burn off some of that food)

1 scoop homemade mac n cheese

1/2 brownie- 240 cals

Small plate of dinner (I couldn't even finish that half a plate full of rice and beans actually)

(I actually got this picture from another blog. It stopped me from eating another brownie so I hope it'll help you guys too)
